Email marketing

Email marketing in the dashboard lets you send newsletters and promotional emails to your contact lists separate from day-to-day business email mailboxes under Emails.

Access it under Digital Marketing → Email Marketing in the sidebar.

Open email marketing

1. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
2. In the left sidebar, click Email Marketing (under Digital Marketing).
3. The section expands to show sub-menus:

Verify sending domain

Before recipients see mail from @yourdomain.com, verify the domain:

1. Click Email Marketing → Domains.
2. Click Add domain and enter your domain name.
3. Copy DNS TXT/CNAME records shown on screen.
4. Add records at Domains → My Domains → [domain] → DNS (or your DNS provider).
5. Return to Domains in email marketing and click Verify.
6. Wait for DNS propagation if verification fails at first.

Build an audience

1. Click Email Marketing → Audiences.
2. Click Create audience or Import contacts.
3. Upload CSV with email, name columns OR add contacts manually.
4. Tag or segment lists (customers, newsletter, etc.) if the tool supports segments.
5. Save audience.

Only email people who opted in follow Kenya Data Protection Act and anti-spam best practices.

Create a campaign

1. Click Email Marketing → Campaigns.
2. Click New campaign or Create.
3. Choose audience/list.
4. Write subject line and preview text.
5. Design body using editor or import from AI Email Builder.
6. Send test email to yourself.
7. Schedule send or Send now.
8. Review opens/clicks on campaign report after send.

Use AI Email Builder

1. Click Email Marketing → AI Email Builder (or AI Email Builder under sub-menu may open dedicated page).
2. Describe the email you want (promotion, welcome series, event invite).
3. Review generated layout and copy edit before sending.
4. Save template and use in a Campaign.

AI output should be reviewed for accuracy and brand tone before sending to customers.
