Creative assets
Access design files, brand creatives, and marketing deliverables in the customer dashboard.
Creatives & Design is where you download and review creative work logos, social graphics, ad banners, brochures, and other design deliverables produced for your Nisc Cloud marketing services.
Open Creatives & Design
- Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
- Under Digital Marketing, click Creatives & Design.
- The main page lists projects, folders, or asset collections assigned to your account.
If the page is empty, you may not have ordered design services yet browse Brand identity, Web design, or Creatives on nisccloud.com or Marketplace.
Browse and download files
- Click a project name or folder (e.g. “Logo pack”, “Meta ad set Q1”).
- Thumbnails or file list show available formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, MP4).
- Click Download on individual files or Download all for a ZIP.
- Save to your computer and share with your team or upload to ad platforms.
Upload briefs or feedback (if available)
Some workflows let you submit requests from the dashboard:
- Click New request, Upload brief, or Add comment.
- Describe what you need (dimensions, platform, message, brand colors).
- Attach reference images or old logo.
- Submit designers may reply with new versions in same folder.
Check notifications or email for “asset ready” messages.

Always use the latest version from Creatives & Design to keep brand consistent.
File permissions
Assets are visible only to members of your team account. Invite colleagues under Settings → Invitations if they need download access.
