Nisc Cloud

Getting started

Create your account, sign in to the dashboard, and understand how ordering and management work together.

This guide explains how to go from browsing nisccloud.com to managing your services inside the customer dashboard.

What you need before you start

  • A valid email address you can access (used for login and invoices)
  • A phone number (helpful for account recovery and M-Pesa payments in Kenya)
  • For domain registration: accurate contact details for WHOIS (the public registry record for your domain)

You do not need technical experience. The dashboard is built so you can register a domain, buy hosting, and set up email by following the menus.

Step 1: Browse services on the website

  1. Open www.nisccloud.com.
  2. Use the top navigation to explore what you need:
    • Hosting shared, WordPress, VPS, VDS, dedicated servers
    • Domains search and register, or transfer an existing domain
    • Email business email on your domain
    • Digital marketing SEO, ads, email marketing, and more
  3. When you find a plan or product, click Get started, Order, or Add to cart (the exact button depends on the page).

You can order multiple items in one checkout (for example, a domain plus shared hosting plus email).

Step 2: Create an account or sign in at checkout

When you checkout, you will be asked to sign in or create an account:

  1. If you already have an account, enter your email and password and continue.
  2. If you are new, follow the sign-up form:
    • Enter your name and email
    • Choose a strong password
    • Complete any verification steps (such as confirming your email)

After payment succeeds, Nisc Cloud provisions your services. This can take a few minutes for hosting and email, and up to 24–48 hours for some domain or DNS changes worldwide.

Step 3: Open your customer dashboard

Your dashboard is where you manage everything after you buy:

  1. Go to https://npanel.nisccloud.com.
  2. Sign in with the same email and password you used at checkout.
  3. If you belong to more than one company or team, pick the correct one from the list after login.
  4. You land on Home the main dashboard screen.

The left sidebar is your map. It is grouped into sections:

Sidebar sectionWhat it is for
Cloud ServicesDomains, hosting, WordPress, email, cloud servers
Digital MarketingAds, email marketing, SEO, creatives

Paying with M-Pesa or card

Kenyan customers can often pay with M-Pesa during checkout. Card payments may also be available depending on the product.

  1. At checkout on nisccloud.com, choose your payment method.
  2. For M-Pesa, approve the STK push on your phone when prompted.
  3. After payment, return to the dashboard and check Billing → Invoices for a paid receipt.

Future renewals may appear under Billing → Subscriptions. See Billing overview for paying invoices and managing renewals.
