Business Email
Business email overview
Professional email addresses on your domain order, create mailboxes, and connect phones and computers.
Business email gives you addresses like you@yourcompany.co.ke instead of a free Gmail or Yahoo account. Mail is hosted on Nisc Cloud and managed from the Emails menu in the dashboard.
Order business email
- Visit nisccloud.com → Email or Business email.
- Choose plan by number of mailboxes and storage.
- Select the domain email will use (register domain in same order if needed).
- Checkout and pay.
After provisioning, open Emails in the dashboard.
Open email management
- Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
- Click Emails under Cloud Services.
- Click your email plan or domain.
- Create mailboxes, view server settings, and open webmail links.
Setup flow (summary)
- Create mailboxes usernames and passwords.
- Configure DNS MX, SPF, DKIM on your domain.
- Use webmail in the browser.
- Connect phone or Outlook with IMAP/SMTP.
Email may take a few hours to work worldwide after DNS changes.
