Business Email
Email clients
Connect business email to your phone, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird using IMAP and SMTP.
Use this guide to read Nisc Cloud business email in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app, or Android mail using IMAP (sync folders) and SMTP (send mail).
Get server settings from the dashboard
- Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
- Click Emails → your email plan.
- Find Mail settings, Client configuration, or Manual settings.
- Write down:

Use exact values from your dashboard hostnames vary by plan.
iPhone or iPad (Apple Mail)
- Open Settings → Mail → Accounts → Add Account.
- Choose Other → Add Mail Account.
- Enter name, email, password, description → Next.
- Select IMAP.
- Incoming mail server: IMAP hostname, username (full email), password.
- Outgoing mail server: SMTP hostname, same username and password.
- Save and wait for verification checkmarks.
Android
- Open Gmail or Email app → Add account.
- Choose Other or Personal (IMAP).
- Enter email and password.
- When asked for server settings, enter IMAP and SMTP from dashboard.
- Enable SSL/TLS for both incoming and outgoing.
Microsoft Outlook (desktop)
- File → Add account.
- Enter email address → Connect.
- If automatic setup fails, choose Advanced or Manual setup.
- Select IMAP.
- Enter incoming and outgoing servers and ports from dashboard.
- Enable SSL/TLS encryption.
- Finish and test send/receive.
Thunderbird
- Account Settings → Account Actions → Add Mail Account.
- Enter name, email, password.
- Click Configure manually if auto-detect fails.
- Set IMAP and SMTP servers, ports, SSL.
- Create account.
Troubleshooting
