Sign in and access
How to log in to the customer dashboard, choose your team, and recover access if you are locked out.
This guide walks you through signing in to npanel.nisccloud.com and reaching the correct account every time.
Sign in with email and password
- Open your browser and go to https://npanel.nisccloud.com.
- You should see the Sign in page.
- Enter the email address you used when you registered or checked out on Nisc Cloud.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign in (or Log in).
If your details are correct, you are taken into the dashboard. If you belong to more than one organization, continue to the next section.
Choose the right team or company
Some users are members of more than one company account (for example their own business and a client account).
- After sign-in, if you see a team picker or list of companies, read each name carefully.
- Click the company whose services you want to manage.
- You land on Home for that team.
Every domain, hosting package, and invoice belongs to one team. If you do not see a service you expect, sign out and sign back in, then pick a different team or ask your account owner to invite you to the correct company. See Settings and team.
First time after purchasing on the website
If you just completed checkout on nisccloud.com:
- Use the same email you entered at checkout to sign in.
- If you created a password during checkout, use that password.
- If the site emailed you a set password or welcome link, open it first, choose a password, then sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
- Open Billing → Invoices to confirm your payment recorded.
- Open the relevant menu (Domains, Hosting, Emails, etc.) to see provisioned services. Provisioning may take a few minutes.
Forgot your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password (or similar wording).
- Enter your account email.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a reset link from Nisc Cloud.
- Open the link, enter a new password twice, and save.
- Return to npanel.nisccloud.com and sign in with the new password.
If you never receive the email, confirm you typed the correct address or contact support via nisccloud.com/contact.
Sign out safely
When you finish on a shared or public computer:
- Look at the top of the dashboard for your profile menu or Sign out.
- Click Sign out.
- Close the browser tab.
Browser and security tips
- Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
- Bookmark https://npanel.nisccloud.com and avoid login links from unknown emails.
- Use a unique password for your Nisc Cloud account.
- Keep the email on your My Profile page current so you receive invoices and reset links.
