Webmail
Read and send business email in your web browser using webmail.
Webmail lets you use email without installing an app open a URL in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, sign in with your mailbox password, and read mail anywhere.
Find your webmail link
- Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
- Click Emails → your email plan.
- Look for Webmail, Open webmail, or a URL such as
https://webmail.yourdomain.comor a Nisc Cloud webmail hostname. - Click the link webmail opens in a new tab.
The exact URL is shown on your plan page or in your welcome email.
Log in to webmail
- Open the webmail URL.
- Enter your full email address (
you@yourdomain.com). - Enter your mailbox password (set when you created the mailbox).
- Click Login or Sign in.
You see inbox, sent mail, drafts, and compose similar to GmailNisc Cloud's layout.
Send an email
- Click Compose or New message.
- Enter To, Subject, and body text.
- Attach files if needed (size limits apply).
- Click Send.
Common webmail tasks

When webmail does not load
- Confirm mailbox exists under Emails in dashboard.
- Check DNS MX records are correct.
- Try a private/incognito browser window.
- Verify SSL certificate on webmail hostname see SSL.
For daily use on phone or desktop, set up Email clients instead.
