Settings and team

Manage company settings, billing details for your team, members, and invitations in the dashboard.

Settings (under Account Settings in the sidebar) is where you manage your company or team account the organization that owns your domains, hosting, and invoices. This is different from My Profile, which is only your personal login details.

Open Settings

  1. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
  2. In the left sidebar, under Account Settings, click Settings.
  3. The settings page opens, usually with tabs at the top.

Common tabs:

TabPurpose
BillingCompany billing name, address, and tax details used on invoices
MembersPeople who can access this teamNisc Cloud's dashboard
InvitationsPending invites you sent to new members

Your screen may show slightly different labels, but the ideas are the same.

Update company billing details

Correct billing details help invoices and receipts show the right legal name and address.

  1. Open Account Settings → Settings.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. Fill in or update:
    • Company or individual name
    • Address, city, postal code, country
    • Phone number
    • Tax or VAT number (if applicable)
  4. Click Save or Update.
  5. New invoices should use the updated information; old invoices keep what was printed when they were issued.

For paying invoices and viewing subscription renewals, see Billing overview.

View team members

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click the Members tab.
  3. You see a list of people with access to this team, often with their email and role.

Members can manage services according to their permissions. If someone should no longer have access, an owner or admin can remove them (see below).

Use this when a colleague needs access to the same domains, hosting, and billing.

  2. Find the person in the list.
