Invoices

Understand invoice line items
Each row on an invoice typically matches one product:
| Line item example | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Domain registration / renewal | .co.ke, .com, or other TLD for one year |
| Shared hosting | Website hosting plan for a term |
| Business email | Mailbox plan or seat count |
| VPS / VDS / Dedicated | Cloud server billing period |
| SSL | Certificate issue or renewal |
If a line item looks wrong, note the invoice number and contact support before paying.
Invoices vs subscriptions
- Invoice = a bill for a point in time (you pay this document).
- Subscription = the ongoing service record with a next renewal date.
A renewal often creates a new invoice linked to an existing subscription. See Subscriptions.
