My Profile

My Profile holds your personal settings your name, login email, password, and photo. These details belong to you as a user, not to a specific domain or hosting package.

Company-wide settings (inviting teammates, company billing address) are under Settings instead. See Settings and team.

Open My Profile

1. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
2. In the left sidebar, scroll to Account Settings.
3. Click My Profile.
4. The profile page opens in the main content area.

Update your display name

1. On My Profile, find the Name or Full name field.
2. Type your updated name as you want it to appear in the dashboard.
3. Click Save, Update, or the check button (wording may vary).
4. Wait for a success message confirming the change.

Change your email address

Your login email is also where many invoices and notifications are sent. Keep it current.

1. On My Profile, find Email.
2. Enter the new email address.
3. Save the form.
4. If the system sends a verification email, open it and confirm the new address before the change is final.
5. Sign out and sign back in with the new email to confirm it works.

If you lose access to your old inbox, contact Nisc Cloud support before changing email so you are not locked out.

Change your password

1. On My Profile, look for Password, Change password, or Security.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter a new password twice (new + confirm).
4. Use a strong password: at least 12 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.
5. Save. You may stay logged in, or the system may ask you to sign in again.

Profile photo (if available)

1. On My Profile, click your avatar or Upload photo.
2. Choose a JPG or PNG image from your computer.
3. Crop if prompted, then save.
4. Your photo may appear in the top bar and next to your name in team member lists.
