Checkout and payment

Checkout is where you pay for new orders before services appear in your dashboard. You can checkout from the public website or from Marketplace inside the dashboard.

Checkout on nisccloud.com

1. Browse www.nisccloud.com and choose a product (hosting, domain, email, etc.).
2. Click Order, Get started, or Add to cart.
3. Configure options (plan tier, domain name, billing period).
4. Open the cart or continue to Checkout.
5. Sign in or create an account if you are not logged in.
6. Review order summary products, prices, and term length.
7. Enter or confirm billing details (name, address, phone).
8. Choose payment method (M-Pesa or card when available).
9. Complete payment (see below).
10. You receive confirmation on screen and usually by email.
11. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com to manage new services.

Checkout in Marketplace

1. Sign in to the dashboard.
2. Click More Services → Marketplace.
3. Browse categories and add products to cart.
4. Proceed to Checkout inside the dashboard.
5. Confirm billing details and payment method.
6. Pay services attach to your current team automatically.

Pay with M-Pesa

1. At payment step, select M-Pesa or Lipa na M-Pesa.
2. Enter the Safaricom number that receives STK pushes (often your own).
3. Click Pay or Submit.
4. On your phone, approve the STK push and enter your M-Pesa PIN.
5. Wait for success message in the browser do not refresh early.
6. If failed, check network and balance, then retry once.

Successful M-Pesa payments create a paid invoice under Billing → Invoices.

Pay with card

1. Select Card or Credit/Debit card.
2. Enter card number, expiry, and CVV on the secure payment page.
3. Complete any 3-D Secure or OTP step from your bank.
4. Wait for Payment successful.

After checkout

Provisioning may take minutes. DNS worldwide can take up to 24–48 hours.

Pay later (invoice checkout)

Some orders may create an unpaid invoice first:

1. Finish checkout without immediate payment if that option exists.
2. Go to Billing → Invoices in the dashboard.
3. Open the invoice and pay before the due date.
