Order services from Marketplace

Step-by-step guide to adding products to cart and checking out in the dashboard Marketplace.

This guide walks through ordering a new service from Marketplace inside the customer dashboard.


Step 1: Open Marketplace

  1. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
  2. Confirm you are on the correct team (top bar or team name) the order bills to this account.
  3. Click More Services → Marketplace.

Step 2: Choose a product

  1. Browse categories or use Search.
  2. Click a product card (e.g. “Business Email”, “VPS Starter”, “Domain .co.ke”).
  3. Read plan features on the product page.
  4. Select options:
    • Billing cycle monthly, annual (often discounted)
    • Domain register new, transfer, or use existing from My Domains
    • Quantity mailboxes, server size, etc.
  5. Click Add to cart or Order now.

Step 3: Review cart

  1. Open Cart icon or View cart link.
  2. Check each line item name, term, price.
  3. Remove mistakes with Remove or change quantity.
  4. Apply coupon code if you have one.
  5. Click Checkout or Proceed to payment.

Step 4: Billing details

  1. Confirm billing name and address edit via Account Settings → Settings → Billing if wrong.
  2. Confirm email for receipt on My Profile.

Step 5: Pay

  1. Select M-Pesa or card.
  2. M-Pesa: enter phone number → approve STK push → wait for success message.
  3. Card: complete secure payment form.
  4. Do not close the window until confirmation appears.

Step 6: Confirm provisioning

  1. Go to Billing → Invoices new invoice should show Paid.
  2. Open the relevant menu:
    • Domain → Domains → My Domains
    • Hosting → Hosting
    • Email → Emails
    • VPS → Cloud Servers → VPS
  3. If service does not appear within 30–60 minutes, contact support with invoice number.

Upgrade or add to existing service

Some products upgrade current plans instead of creating new rows:

  • Read product page for “upgrade” vs “additional instance”
  • When unsure, contact support before paying to avoid duplicate hosting accounts
