Use Zeepo AI Agent in the customer dashboard for writing, marketing ideas, and workflow help.

Zeepo AI Agent is Nisc CloudNisc Cloud's conversational AI assistant inside your dashboard. You ask questions in plain English and get drafts, suggestions, and step-by-step help for marketing and content tasks.


Open Zeepo AI Agent

  1. Sign in at npanel.nisccloud.com.
  2. In the left sidebar, find Gen AI Tools.
  3. Click Zeepo AI Agent.
  4. The chat interface opens in the main content area.

Start a conversation

  1. Click the message box at the bottom (or New chat if continuing old threads).
  2. Type what you need, for example:
    • “Write a welcome email for new customers of my online shop.”
    • “Give me five Facebook post ideas for a Nairobi restaurant.”
    • “Explain how to add an MX record for my domain in simple steps.”
  3. Press Enter or click Send.
  4. Read the response. Ask follow-up questions to refine tone, length, or language (English, Swahili mix, etc.).

Chat history and new sessions

  • Previous chats may appear in a sidebar list click to reopen.
  • New chat clears context for a unrelated topic.
  • Do not rely on Zeepo to remember account-specific passwords or invoice numbers.

For account tasks (pay invoice, change DNS), use the dedicated docs and dashboard menus Zeepo is guidance only.
